Shipping Policy

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered instantly. After payment, a Download button appears on your order confirmation page and a download link is emailed to you. Digital-only orders don’t require shipping.
Physical Products
Physical products are shipped by our fulfillment partners, and many items ship from overseas warehouses. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing & Delivery
Processing takes 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.
Rates
Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders containing physical items when the cart subtotal is under $70. Orders with a cart subtotal of $70 or more ship free. The subtotal includes every item in your cart, including digital products, before taxes and shipping. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
We email a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Delays
If we can’t ship within the time stated, we’ll email you a revised date. You may then cancel for a full refund of any item not yet shipped.
Address Errors
Please check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we’ll refund the item minus shipping costs or reship it once you’ve paid the new shipping charge.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
